Friction between the desire to be soft or gentle and with the fire within is sometimes the friction we need to step up. It’s like the dissonant chord in music that is followed by the perfect consonant chord that completes the moment; it’s the struggle of a hero that doesn’t understand why he is the way he is, until he saves the world. To be bold, we must be able to live in the uncomfortable.
